Supplies to bring on FRIDAY MARCH 4:
Ladder (if you have one handy), tape (plastic packing tape), banner, wall mural, 3 prize boxes, ticket box, markers, scissors, poster explaining game and number of tickets, clothespins.
Idea: fold top of banner over wire and use staples or clothespins to attach the banner to wire. Note: banners can go on back wall, front of table, and/or wire above. Rule: NO CLEAR TAPE ON THE FLOOR. If you need tape on the floor and are unsure, please check with the custodian.
Heavy duty set-up starts at 4:30, so please stay out of the way (and keep kids out of the way) !
Everyone must be out of the school at 8:45 PM, so plan accordingly (show up earlier than you think you need to.)
